Our product quality is good relatively to many our rivals. Around 70% of our products are the same as the photos, other 30% imitate from fashion magazines.
Our products are suitable for price-competitive, non-high-ended market. Suggested selling price see question 4.
2.Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?
Of course ,if your order goods cost over 500USD ,then you can enjoy 8% discount on goods cost.
3. How can I know whether your photos are 100% exact with products?
Most of photos of our product are being shot by our own camerist. Only a little part of photos are from magazines, you can easily distinguish them.
4.Why website will exprience consignment with out of stock?
Every website occasionally experiences consignments with minor size issues or feature some items which are out of stock. We can not fully avoid this problem for overseas shipping of goods. Our advice is to submit payment for your orders as soon as possible so we can provide our related services quickly. If some of your ordered products are out of stock, we will notify you within 3 working days.
5. Sometimes I found there's not only one pc in the picture, how can I know which one you are selling?
Just check the title. If there's "two pieces" or "twinset" in the title, then we sell two pieces. Otherwise, we sell only one piece. But for lover shirt, all listing price is for two pieces.
6. Are all your products immediately available?
All styles in our site are available when we upload it. But we sell more than 8000 pcs per day, so part of the styles will be not in ready stock. It takes about 3 days for us to get them from our factory.
7. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about it, but for Hot-sale styles, we'll restock quickly.
8.If I forget my password, how can I get it back?

1. Can I change the items in my paid order?
Yes you can but you have to inform us before your item is shipped. Please note we can't do the exchange once we have shipped your order.
2. Can I get my cash bonus sent back to my paypal account?
Sorry, any cash bonus offered from any activity can be used to buy any commodity on lovelywholesale.com, but lovelywholesale.com does not accept any applications for refunds and withdrawals.

Yes, sure, it’s OK. You can just choose to pay by Paypal, then click “pay” button and there will be a webpage for you to enter your credit card information. If anybody used Paypal in your computer before, you need to clean all the cache of your browser, then can pay by Credit card successfully.
5.I have credited balance from my previous order how can I use it in my new order?

1.What delivery company you use?
We have China Registered mail, EMS, Fedex, DHL, Hong Kong air mail, DPEX, Aramex Special Express, sea shipping.
2.How about your shipping fee?
Shipping fee is counted automatically by system base on parcel weight. Also we provide Air Cargo shipping, and sea shipping.
3.How long for preparing my order?
Since receiving your payment, we’ll start to prepare goods. Usually we take 2-3 days to finish the preparing and then send them out. If all your items are in stock, we'll send it in 24 hours after receiving your payment. But if several of your styles are out of stock provisionally, we’ll take 3-5 days to get it from factory.
4.How do I change the shipping method or shipping address?
If your order is preparing status ,then we can change it shipping method and address as your request .you can contact us via live chat or send email to:

5. Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?
We ship worldwide. The exact shipping rate varies based on the item weight and the destination country. We will always suggest the most appropriate shipping weight for our customers to help to save money. Our goal is always fast and secure delivery of items to our customers.
6. Does the product price include the shipping price?
The product price does not include the shipping price. The online ordering system will generate a shipping quote for your order.
7. How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch and we will update the tracking information on your account.
8. How do I track my order?
Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.
9 If my items are detained by Customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?
If the items are detained by Customs, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the items.
10. If a large order is delivered from China to my country, will Customs inspect my order?
Yes, this is possible. We suggest you can divide your orders into several smaller packages, which can then be shipped on different days to avoid possible seizure.
11.Is there any extra charge from you?
We would not charge extra fee other than actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment. The order price does not include Custom tax. We'll try our best to help our clients avoiding custom taxes, but because of the complexity of different countries’ Custom tax policy, we are not sure if your package can pass custom without tax.
12. What can you do to help us avoiding custom tax?
Usually, we’ll declare a much lower value of your package.For order price (net goods value) above 250USD, we can provide CO free of charge. This document may help you pass the custom smoothly.
