1. Are you real? Is this a scam?
Please rest assured that we are legally registered as a private company and have received business license in China. 

2. How about the quality of your product?
Our products are of high quality compared with many rivals. We pay much attention to our customers'shopping experience. We  will always put it on our priority.

3. Whether your photos are exactly the same with the products?
Most of the photos are shot by our own photographer, and only a few of them are from magazines. 

4. What is the free size?
It usually means the only size is available. The size may be different due to different countries. Therefore we suggest you that check the measurement carefully, then you will know if it fits you.

5. Can I get a discount if I place a bulk order?
Of course.  Usually you will enjoy 8% discount if you order one item over 10 pieces or the amount of your order is over USD 500.

6. Can you send your catalogue to me?
We are sorry that we couldn't offer the catalogue, because we update our product everyday. Hope you could take your time to have a view on our website. Thanks!

7. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about that, but for hot-sale styles, we'll restock as soon as possible.

8. The item is available when I place the order, but why it is not after I finish the payment?
Most of the items on our website are available, but with the increasing of the order, we nearly not notice the inventory of it. We are sorry to being late to update the listing.

9. What if I forgot my password?
Please feel free to contact us via live chat or submitting a ticket, we will help you reset it.

10. Can I change or cancel the items in my paid order?
Yes, you can, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. 

11. Is there any other choices for payment?
Yes, of course. For your convenience, we also accept the following payment methods: Money gram, and Western Union. Please contact payment@lovelywholesale.com with your request or sales enquiry. We will respond to your email query within 1 working day.




About Shipping

1. What the delivery company  you use?
We have EMS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, JCEX, etc.

2. How much will be the shipping cost?
It depends on the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose. You can have a try to place a order and the system will automatically calculate it for you.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, but we only offer free shipping for jewels and glasses. For the other items, the shipping fee will be covered by yourself.

4.  How long does it to take for preparing an order?
If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-5 days to prepare for that. 

5. How long does it take to deliver it to me?
It depends on the shipping method you choose. For flat rate shipping, it usually takes 10-25 business days to arrive; For standard shipping, 5-10 business days; And for expedited shipping, 3-5 business days.

6. How do I track my order?
Once  the tracking number is available, we will email to inform you, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company. 

7. If the package is detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?
It's the buyer.

8. What can you do to help us avoiding custom tax? 
Usually, we’ll declare a much lower value of your package or split it into several packages to ship.
