Some customers feel anxious when they have paid the order,the order status is still "Pay Now".We apologize for this problem,it has 3 statement:

 

1.if you select the currency USD,after you pay your order,your order status will be marked:"Paid Confirmed" at the same time.

 

2.if you select the other currency as like GBP,AUD,EURO,after you pay the order,it wont be marked,it needs 6-12 hours to be marked "Paid,Confirmed",pls understand(on weekend ,it will take longer time to process as we are off duty)

 

3.when your payment is echeck,if you select the currency as USD,it will be also marked "Paid,Confirmed",if you select other currency,it will not be marked.all the echeck payment needs 3-5 days to process.

 

Once your order is paid and confirmed, you will receive an email containing your payment and  your order number from "[email protected]"

 

 

Please use the order number when contacting support or customer service. If you do not receive an order confirmation please contact customer service and request your order number. Please be sure to check your Junk Mail and add "[email protected] " to your "safe sender list".
